Hi, and welcome. This is The Newburgh Blog, a new site about the cool things happening in Newburgh, NY.
There’s a lot going on in this city right now. New restaurants and shops on Liberty Street and Broadway, murals going up, music in the parks, festivals on the waterfront, and classes and programs for kids all over town. It’s easy to miss half of it. We want to be an awesome place to visit and find out what’s going on.
Here’s what we’re planning:
- Events. Openings and things to do.
- Guides. Eating, shopping, and getting around Newburgh, for newcomers and longtime residents alike.
- A Business Directory. Local shops, Restaurants, and Services.
- Stories and Articles. The people and projects making Newburgh what it is.
We’re just getting started, and we’d love your help. If you’re running an event, opening a business, or know about something we should cover, send a note to newburghblog@gmail.com.
Thanks for reading. We love Newburgh! We hope you’ll stick around.
